Convenient Location 📍
This place is situated perfectly, being close to numerous cafes in the area and just a short 10-minute stroll away from the Tubo where you can enjoy delicious tapas.

The room was extremely spacious and airy and equipped with comfy bed, coffee maker. A fridge and glassware worked well. This absolutely great hotel was in central location in the greatest area: D

We had a great stay on a business trip.
All in all room was neat and functional; also provided a bidet. We were in a great location relatively close to Gran Via Zaragoza.

The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Very comfortable beds and good size. Good functioning of the heating. Although you can look for parking in the area, it is advisable to make use of the hotel's own parking lot for 15.95 euros (my car is quite long and I had no problems manoeuvring). The location is ideal, a few minutes walk from all the places of interest (Pilar, Pza. España, Independencia, El Tubo..). Thank you for the kindness and good treatment of the reception staff. They let us occupy the room before the hour and better still, they allowed us to leave the vehicle in the hotel parking lot after the check out (12:00), so we could make better use of the day and pick it up after lunch (16:00 PM). Thank you
The soundproofing of the window is zero. We were on the second floor, with a window facing the street and we could even hear conversations in a normal tone from people on the sidewalk. The traffic noise is unbearable, especially from 05:30 in the morning. Even so, I would stay in this hotel again, as long as the window does not face the street.

The breakfast, the location, the comfort of mattresses and pillows.. Cleaning and air conditioning.
first thing is the management of the reserve. You make the reservation with enough time, they give you the option to choose what type of bed you want, you put it,. you make the reservation, they charge you the room on the spot (with which. I understand that the reservation is made and paid) and it turns out that when you arrive. they give you a room with two beds because "they don't have more available and. they deliver them in order of arrival". then why do they charge me for something that I can't use? If you put me that "the double rooms will be. available depending on the arrival of the guests", I might choose another. hotel.. What they can't do is validate and charge a reservation of something that. then they don't fulfill, because it leaves you with no room to maneuver. If that's the policy of the hotel or the chain as the receptionist told me, no. I'll go back to using their chain. soundproofing is very poor, nothing. it's pretty "sad" that in a 3-star hotel in a double room occupied by two people, you have to beg for gel and shampoo because they put in a mini-bottle of each.

accommodation was located in a very central area, close to all services and tourist places. bathroom of the room was very big and had a bathtub, room was of a suitable size, with a wide wardrobe, had services such as a safe for free use, mini bar and even a coffee maker, with complimentary coffees and teas (a great detail from the hotel). All very clean and well decorated. common areas were quiet and cafeteria had adequate prices. fact that they admit pets and how well they treat them is great, they are like another guest. It is also a good idea to have a garage right under the hotel itself. As for the hotel staff, friendly and efficient. In any of the rooms we have been attended by very well prepared staff, especially, Elias at the reception, very nice guy who has been very helpful in providing us with directions around town, Elena, cleaning girl who left us the room clean every morning and with a very friendly appearance. If we return to Zaragoza, we will return to the Hesperia without a doubt.
The street is very busy, and to go by car, it is uncomfortable to lower the bags and check in because there is little space at the entrance. The garage is useful, but it is very narrow and needs a lot of manoeuvring, because it is accessed by a lift and they have taken advantage of many spaces for parking spaces.

The perfect room service. WIFI works well and passes the Skype video test.
I made a reservation at this hotel for two reasons, firstly because it accepts pets and secondly because it has a car park. 1º) About the advertisement that the hotel admits pets, I have to say that it is not correct, statement is limited to the hotel room, to go to the dining room you have to take turns, because animals are not allowed in the "NOBLE ZONES" (my dog weighs 3. 5 kg), in France, Switzerland, Germany, hotel advertises that it admits pets, they can enter any area of the establishment and price is about 5?, in this hotel is double. 2º) After contacting the hotel previously they inform me that the parking can not be booked but that there will be no problem about it, however, once there, they inform me that they are under construction and that I can not leave my car on the last day of my stay which meant having to move the vehicle to a public parking lot on the last day, go to pick it up on the day of departure in the morning and park in a street where it is not allowed to stop to load the bags. I should have been notified of this point when I contacted them because, if I had known, I would have booked my stay at another hotel.

central hotel, it is not necessary to use the car or public transport to visit the city. welcome was very cordial and friendly and we were lucky because all requests were granted. hotel at that time was with the parking disabled but you can park without problems on the weekend in the street. perfect room, just one detail: the lighting. It was a very spacious room, with a very comfortable bed, complete and spacious bathroom, room only had light fixtures and table lamps, there was no light coming from the ceiling, it is a detail that can be forgiven. staff was very friendly and attentive, to be highlighted in a buffet. Buffet that for the price nor had anything to envy to others much more expensive, there was the necessary and more, quality. only problem was that the sign on the toaster "warn the waiter if the bread gets stuck" was changed to "no croissants, bar bread... " because it causes traffic jams and makes the buffet manager lose time attending to the machine because of customers who have less light than the room. It was a wonderful stay like few others, no doubt if we return to Zaragoza we will repeat!
For putting in the smallest amount of glue, the lighting in the room.

Good location, hindered though by the tram works. Parking really is an issue in the surrounding area, therefore highly recommend that customers do park at the hotel. We have a 4 x 4 and it was a bit tight for such a big vehicle.
The views from the back of the hotel are not pleasant and the sound insulation within the hotel is extremely poor. We could hear light swtiches being turned on in the next room etc etc.
